Arpan has more than 7 years of experience in a diverse set of fields ranging from engineering, international relations, sustainable development, and economics. Arpan is a passionate advocate for women's rights and has been actively involved in the non-profit sector for over a decade. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Master's degree in International Relations. As President of the Women Welfare Foundation, Arpan is dedicated to empowering women through education and promoting gender equality. He believes that education is a key tool in breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality that affects so many women around the world.

Garima Pant
Garima is a young, energetic youth with a passion for gender equality and sustainable development. Her enthusiasm to get things done with full commitment is what sets her apart. She is also one of the co-founders of WWF. Under her leadership, the Women Welfare Foundation continues to implement a number of successful programs aimed at providing educational opportunities to women and girls in underprivileged communities. Garima is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of women and is always looking for new ways to support and uplift them.

Mr. Gahan Raj is an experienced finance professional with a passion for climate change and financial literacy. He brings his expertise to help with WWF's daily administrative and financial matters. Gahan Raj is an advocate for women's rights and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of women in his community and beyond.

Purnima Chaudhary
Purnima is a dedicated Program Associate who works tirelessly to support the development and implementation of programs that empower women. she is an enthusiastic professional with several years of experience with non-profits, and brings her expertise in gender studies and events management to WWF.

Nirmala Bhujel
Ms. Nirmala describes herself as down to earth and an ardent advocate of gender equality. Nirmala is a dedicated Grants Advisor with a passion for securing funding for non-profit organizations dedicated to women's empowerment. At the Women Welfare Foundation, she plays a critical role in securing the funding needed to support the organization's mission of providing education and support to women.

Urmila Adhikari is a retired teacher with more than 40 years of teaching experience. Since a very young age, she has remained dedicated to girls education and women empowerment. Ms. Urmila brings her significant experience, knowledge, and wisdom to the Women Welfare Foundation, and is a part of the advisory board. She is an inspiring, bold and positive woman who is committed to making a difference in the lives of women across the country.

Babita Yogi
Babita is a dedicated advocate of gender equality and environmental justice. Babita's extensive experience in finance and project management, together with her passion for women's empowerment, allows her to manage project resources efficiently. As the Local Project Coordinator for the Women Welfare Foundation in Bardiya, she brings innovative ideas to address gender disparities and promote sustainable development. Her collaborative approach and deep connection with local communities make her a pivotal figure in driving impactful change.

Shristi Poudel
Shristi is an experienced individual who has significant experience supervising and designing project teams. She brings years of cross-cultural experience at both national and international levels. She has also been part of the policy planning and advising team of the Nepal government. She says she feels satisfied with her job to change the lives of underserved youths and women who are otherwise deprived of information and opportunities.
